Therefore, TOPPA SOLUTIONS is strengthening and promoting the recruitment plan to recruit talents with the same vision to accompany TOPPA SOLUTIONS in carrying out the great mission and challenges ahead.Role OverviewDesign, build, and operate backend services for large-scale products using the Java ecosystem. You will own end-to-end delivery—architecture, implementation, code quality, performance, and reliability—while collaborating closely with Frontend, QA, DevOps, and BA teams (onshore/offshore).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Java Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.Implement RESTful APIs, integrate with external systems, and ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.Participate in code reviews, uphold coding standards, and drive continuous improvement.Work with relational databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB); optimize queries, ensure data consistency, and manage migration scripts.Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, environment setup, observability, and runtime monitoring.Debug and resolve production issues in partnership with QA/Support; provide operational runbooks where needed.Coordinate across Frontend, QA, DevOps, BA to deliver seamlessly within Agile sprints.Support UAT and production releases according to customers’ maintenance windows.

Must-Have QualificationsFrom 04 ~ 10 years YOE in hands-on backend development with Java.High sense of responsibility (thinking of doing all the work, not just working all the time), eager to learn new knowledge, always making persistent efforts, always progressing.Proficiency in: Java Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, SQL, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, JUnit.Experience with system design for large-scale services (performance, scalability, maintainability, reliability), including multithreading/concurrency.Solid experience with cloud & infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Database experience: MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.Working knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS for integration scenarios.Strong OOP fundamentals, fluency with design patterns, and the ability to solve complex technical problems.Nice to HavePotential and motivation to lead/mentor and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Strong presentation skills; able to explain solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.Familiarity with frontend performance optimization and test automation frameworks.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Atlassian tools (Jira, Redmine, Confluence).Preferred/PlusFluent English communication (clear, concise, and direct).Confident in expressing opinions and providing thoughtful, respectful feedback.
