We are seeking a skilled QA engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for testing mobile and web applications of a mission-critical public safety platform that unifies live video, alerts, and field data into a single operational view, helping officers act faster and coordinate with clarity during incidents (911 call, incident report). You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software in a fast-paced Agile environment. Responsibilities:Develop and execute test plans and test cases for mobile, Windows and web applications, covering functional, regression, integration, performance, and exploratory testing.Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools, and work with engineers to drive timely resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and effectively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).Monitor and report quality metrics, providing clear visibility into test coverage, results, risks, and system stability. Requirements:3–5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, ideally with mobile and/or web application testing.Strong expertise in manual testing with deep knowledge of QA methodologies (functional, regression, performance, exploratory).Understanding of client–server architecture, API behavior.Experience testing real-time or data-intensive applications is a plus.Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira or equivalent tools.Good written communication skills in English; verbal communication skills are a plus.
