Mid/Senior QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

Join our dynamic QA team as a Mid/Senior QA Engineer and take responsibility for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated tests for API, web, and mobile applications. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions to our US-based customers.We are looking for a QA who is eager to learn and works diligently, minimum with 3 years of experience in automation testing, though extensive expertise is not required. In this role, you will be responsible for both manual and automation testing, effectively using our toolkits to complete your tasks.Your role & responsibilities Manual Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases using the selected toolkits of the company and client. Automation Testing: Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts. Defect Management: Log, track, and monitor defects using the defect-tracking system. Collaboration: Work with teams in Vietnam and the US to refine and clarify product requirements and designs. Support: Assist in troubleshooting issues reported by US-based users and stakeholders.  Office Commitment: Work on-site for at least three days per week to enhance team collaboration. Time Zone Coordination: Preferably work in the morning to align with the California time, with a daily online catch-up at 6 AM. Flexible working hours can be arranged for the rest of the day.
