Milient - QA Automation Engineer (Python, JS, Java)

Milient is currently seeking a QA Automation Engineer with growth ambitions.With offices in Norway and Sweden, we are proud of being the Nordic region’s largest SaaS provider within project management, including timekeeping, resource planning, quality assurance, staffing, and recruitment. Milient is often used by architects, the staffing industry, advertising, engineering and IT. Milient is seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests and test frameworks, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test plans and test cases. Identify, document, and track bugs and defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts. Conduct performance and security testing to ensure the software meets quality standards. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams. Document testing processes and maintain comprehensive test reports. Stay updated with the latest testing tools and industry trends.
