- Embrace and uphold Six Senses vision, values, and brand standards.
- Maintain high personal appearance and hygiene standards.
- Ensure the minibar store and Deli.ght are clean, organized, and temperature-controlled.
- Check product expiry dates regularly and update name and price tags.
- Complete daily transfers, file copies, and conduct monthly inventories.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with product selection, and upsell where appropriate.
- Ensure accurate billing through POS and manage non-returnable items policy.
- Handle deliveries to villas personally or coordinate with buggy drivers.
- Participate in staff meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism in all tasks.
- Can assist and support F&B attendants in opreration in the peak period.

- Knowledge of restaurant and bar procedures, set up and service in addition to the resort’s policies.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and product control.
- Average English communication skills.
- Ability to work with hazardous equipment safely.
