Your Skills and ExperienceMust HaveBachelor's degree or higher in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field2+ years of hands-on development experience, using typical machine learning and data science tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorchExperience with the latest techniques in natural language processing including vector databases, computer vision processing, fine-tuning LLMs, and deploying LLMs with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI, etc.Familiarity with Databricks products and servicesHave working knowledge of CI/CDEffective communication, documentation, and white-boarding skillsStrong interest in collaboration, learning, and driving value through MLAdditional InformationStrongly PreferredDatabricks certificationsExperience in building and deploying AI/ML models using Databricks productsWorking knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (Azure, AWS, or GCP): Azure is preferredKnowledge in LLM use cases such as RAGExperience working with a geographically distributed and cross-functional team including systems integrators and third-party companies
