Mobile Engineer (Flutter/ iOS/ Android)

1-2 years of experience developing mobile apps natively for iOS and/or Android. Strong understanding of state management, Flutter flavors, and app architecture. Proficiency in writing unit tests to enhance software quality. Experience with code review processes. Experience in team development using Git. Experience publishing mobile apps on Google Play or the App Store. Must-Have: Proficiency in Android and iOS development. Experience building mobile apps from scratch using Flutter. Strong skills in Dart programming language and Flutter framework. Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs. Solid understanding of the entire mobile development lifecycle. Business-level English proficiency. Strong teamwork abilities. Developed at least two Android and/or iOS apps using Flutter. Nice-To-Have: Experience with state management solutions like Bloc, GetX, etc. Knowledge of clean code and readable code practices. Excellent troubleshooting skills, capable of delving into complex code and infrastructures to identify root causes. Effective communication and presentation skills, able to engage with business and technical stakeholders as well as external customers. Shipped one or more apps to the Store. Experience training junior and middle software engineers. Having experience with Blockchain, Web3 technology is a big plus.
