Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong*Please note that the internal job title is Global Job TrainerCore Responsibilities1. Global Responsibility - Train other Global Job Trainers in order to develop and share best practice globally training through the use of standardized job training processes- Test and verify global improvements to ensure continuously improve best practice and align global standards- Participate in networking activities, within the site functional area and global functional areas- Participation in global workshops in order to keep alignment in training documentation and support training process in other sites2. Local Responsibility- Prepare and train Local Job Trainers to be able to train the workforce and train and collaborate with vendors, by using the defined training methods, material and documentation, with focus on safety and quality- Prepare training documentation and the Local Job Trainers before conducting the training- Support Local Job Trainers in how to deliver training in practice by organizing and leading Train-the-Trainer activities in order to keep the Local Job Trainers informed about the changes/updates/training to secure alignment in local training and global standards- Take ownership of sustaining and developing own functional expertise (e.g. act as an operator of the line or Local Job Training for operators 4 days/month regarding Production needs)3. Training Documentation- Support in ensuring that all training material is complete and accurate; creating and revising material in cooperation with Local Job Trainers and process owners (engineering, production, etc.)Play your part in our team succeedingOpportunity to develop colleagues and share best practice on a global levelMany interfaces - communication across whole organization on the local and global levelPersonal developmentBeing part of growing Operation area (globally)Support of Local Job Trainers development of functional expertise

Do you have what it takes?- Prefer candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering majors or equivalent, Technical Education Certification/ Training Certification is a plus- Min. 3 years of experience prefer from multinational manufacturing companies with premium quality standards on quality field like quality engineering, quality auditor, out-going inspection, quality assurance mindset, etc. combined with experience of learning and training activities.- Strong command of English- Experience in delivering Quality-related trainings (with on-the-job demonstration) will be an advantage- Proficient in quality standards and defects classification- Visual ability and no color blind as the important job requirements.- Comprehensive communication, decision making and trust building- Collaboration - Driving training activities for local job trainer within the functional area - and performs as a team player and a role model both in global and local networks with Master Trainers and other Global Job Trainers- Result orientation - Delivers results within training and development of Local Job Trainers and support building up the training activities within the functional area. Contribute and ensure implementation of global strategic initiatives.- Knowledge of production, experience of auditing and verification practices- Computer fluent in MS.
