1. Build and Manage the MCN Management Department• Establish and develop the MCN Management Department as an elite unit focused on efficient and secure operations.• Liaise with YouTube representatives to ensure smooth operation of MCN features, algorithms, and functionalities.• Monitor and evaluate MCN operational performance, enhancing efficiency and improving processes.• Train and mentor team members on MCN operations and best practices.• Plan and oversee the department's activities and operations.• Perform other related duties as assigned.2. Provide MCN Services to Partners and Internal Teams• Research, update, and compile YouTube platform policies.• Coordinate and direct activities to select appropriate content for inclusion in the MCN.• Oversee services related to Content ID, copyright, and digital music for partners.• Research and develop potential platforms; manage content libraries.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital channel management; preference for candidates with experience in MCNs or media agencies.• In-depth knowledge of YouTube platforms, including content distribution algorithms, community policies, and analytical tools.• Strong leadership, team management, and effective communication skills.• Proficient in data analysis and decision-making based on metrics.• Fluent in English, equivalent to IELTS 7.0.
