Job Summary:The Marketing Commercial Specialist will drive the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies for both offline and eCommerce channels. The role requires a professional who can bridge marketing initiatives with commercial outcomes, ensuring alignment between branding, product promotions, and revenue goals. Job Description:- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to both offline and eCommerce channels.- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.eCommerce Channel Management:- Collaborate with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) to execute marketing campaigns such as flash sales, festive promotions, and discounts.- Optimize product listings, keywords, and A+ content to enhance visibility and conversions.- Manage and track performance of digital ad campaigns on eCommerce platforms (e.g., Sponsored Ads, PPC).- Collaborate with the out sources digital marketing team to drive traffic through SEO, paid ads, and social media campaigns.Offline Channel Marketing:- Work with distributors, retailers, and physical stores to execute marketing activations, branding initiatives, and in-store promotions.- Develop marketing materials for offline channels, including brochures, banners, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.- Partner with offline sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.Budget Management & Commercial Planning:- Allocate and manage marketing budgets for campaigns across both offline and eCommerce channels.- Analyze ROI of campaigns and ensure the profitability of marketing investments.- Negotiate with partners, vendors, and platforms to secure cost-effective marketing deals.- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive activity in both offline and eCommerce spaces.- Monitor competitors’ activities on eCommerce platforms and in physical retail spacesCollaboration & Coordination:- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, logistics, and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution.- Coordinate with out source online teams to drive traffic to eCommerce platforms- Liaise with external partners, including agencies and marketplace representatives- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns across offline and eCommerce channels.

Required:- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred)- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to both offline and eCommerce channels- Experience in industries like FMCG, sports retail, consumer electronics, or eCommerce is a plus Preferred:- Proficiency English Communication is the plus- Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing dynamics- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) and offline retail operations- Knowledge of performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO/SEM practices.- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM software.
