Job descriptionYou will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Business Growth. Your primary objective will be to support the development of existing or new Contract Logistics business at a country level by coordinating all business development activities. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with our current commercial policy while focusing on the following key objectives:Your tasks and responsibilities• To ensure that pipeline opportunities are managed in a compliant way while ensuring adherence to the entire Customer Engagement Cycle.• To support in the creation of high-quality business proposals + other related presentations.• To act as the coordination point for all marketing activities (events, mailings, publications etc.).• To capture + manage business + market intelligence.• To support the highlighting of achievements in the business development space.• To drive + roll-out yearly business development plans for the specified vertical.

Your skills and experience• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related fields.• At least 02 years working experience in Sales/ Business Development in Logistics industry. Experience in Contract Logistics is an advantage.• Having good knowledge of market, 3PL services, supply chain operations.• Customer orientation.• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers at all levels.• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.• Good command of English.With over 82,000 employees at some 1,300 locations in over 100 countries, the Kuehne + Nagel Group is one of the world’s leading logistics companies. One Saturday morning per month.
