• Responsible for developing and implementing nationwide retail channel business strategies.• Plan and execute strategies to drive sales growth, expand the market, and develop the retail store chain system.• Manage and supervise the operations of retail stores, ensuring sales targets and business objectives are met.• Develop and manage relationships with partners, customers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.• Directly manage and care for the company's ultra-VIP customer group.• Build and manage the retail team, train and develop the capabilities of retail management staff.• Monitor and analyze business metrics to make appropriate strategic decisions.• Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing, Sommelier, Logistics, Accounting, and Human Resources ...to ensure smooth retail chain operations.• Report directly to the leadership team on business performance, growth indicators, and development plans.

• The position is open to both Vietnamese and foreign candidates.
