Network Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage our computer networks and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, implementation, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure. This role will also be responsible for ensuring our network security, monitoring network performance and uptime, and upgrading network hardware and software as required. The Network Administrator will work closely with other IT professionals and business units to ensure that our network infrastructure meets business needs and requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIS:

• Manage and maintain the organization's computer network and servers.
• Monitor network performance, uptime, and security to ensure that the network is performing optimally and securely.
• Work with other IT professionals to implement security policies and procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Implement and administer network hardware and software upgrades, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network appliances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including problems with connectivity, performance, and security.
• Maintain network documentation and inventory, including network diagrams, configuration files, and asset management databases.
• Collaborate with other departments and business units to identify network requirements and design and implement network solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for the network infrastructure.
• Provide end-user support for network-related issues as required.
