Purpose of this positionThe New Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading business development activities for new power projects in Vietnam, focusing on rooftop solar for industrial customers and DPPA Renewable Energy. The Manager will conduct feasibility study, technical due diligence, financial modelling, contract negotiation, coordinate with related authorities, selecting EPC Contractor and monitor the construction until commercial operation. The role requires strong commercial acumen, local market understanding, and the ability to identify and secure project opportunities that align with the company's renewable energy strategy.Duties and Responsibilities• Develop new business models and explore new opportunities in the power sector and relating power business.• Identify, evaluate, and develop rooftop solar project opportunities in HCMC and southern provinces.• Conduct site visit, feasibility study, project planning, resource and budget planning, technology selection, customer due diligence, EPC evaluation & bidding, contract negotiation and follow through the project success.• Satisfy customers’ requirements of renewable energy in industrial park.• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and policy updates related to renewable energy in Vietnam.• Establish and maintenance relationship with government agencies, customers, business partners.• Prepare analytical and performance reports as required for management and Board purposes.• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in business development, sales, or project development of renewable energy, preferably in solar projects.• Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and closing deals.• Background in engineering, economics, finance, project management skills.• Experience in collaborating with large-scale organizations.• Good knowledge of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Lease Agreements, and related commercial terms for renewable energy.• Know how to make deals for energy business.• Understand Financial & Legal mechanism.• Good Sales Instinct and very creative.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Good network in industrial and commercial sectors in HCMC is preferred.• Strong understanding of Vietnam's energy regulations, especially solar rooftop licensing and commercial models (PPA, lease, self-consumption).• Flexibility to travel as needed in Vietnam.• Advanced /fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
