Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Specialist to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. As the HR Specialist in our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's HR functions, from developing and executing HR operations activities including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and labor relations recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. You will ensure that our company's human resources strategies align with our overall business goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment for our team of approximately 60 employees.Key Responsibilities:• HR planning and Recruitment and Onboarding:o Coordinate with other managers to understand talent acquisition needs, consult on persona building, and build strategies that leverage people growth as a pinnacle of business growtho Analyze the organization's current, future workforce needs and propose human resource strategies to ensure the availability of qualified and aligned personnel.o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.o Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.o Coordinate onboarding processes and orientation programs for new hires.• Employee Relations:o Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.o Promote a positive work environment and handle employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.• Performance Management:o Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.o Develop and monitor individual and team performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives.o Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.• Compliance and Policy Management:o Ensure the company’s HR policies, procedures, and programs comply with relevant local labor laws and regulations.o Update and maintain the employee handbook and other HR documents.o Manage employee records, contracts, and other legal documentation.• Compensation and Benefits:o Oversee the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and compensation.o Conduct regular market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.o Manage leave policies and time-off requests.• HR Strategy and Planning:o Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business goals.o Monitor and analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.

Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law or related business field• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, and 5 years of HR work experience• Profound knowledge of local labor law, social insurance, PIT, & other related regulations related to labor management• Proven experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes• Forward-thinking and hands-on approach• Strong interpersonal skill, communication and presentation skill• Proven experience as a problem solver with proactive and growth mindset• Proven leadership and management capabilities• Fluent Vietnamese and English• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.• On-board after Tet 2025
