JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drives implementation of sales activities as defined in business plan
- Close cooperation with Principles to update new products release/sales and marketing training
- Ensures deployment of the complete product portfolio to its business
- Shares accountability for Customer Satisfaction results
- Secures fast issue resolution and appropriates communication
- Coordinates continuous improvement activities related to customer operational performance
- Weekly report to Sales Head of Department.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Control Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline.
- Understanding of IoT market, Smart Industries, Industrial Equipment/Devices is a big advantage.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales (electronics or industrial devices).
- Matured, highly independent and self-motivating with lots of enthusiasm.
- Result-oriented and committed.
- Proactively seek customers with little supervision.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
- Possesses good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Resourceful and independent.
- Ability to travel domestic up to 60%.
