- Get to know our long-term residents, have regular interaction directly with them, and conduct surveys, guide or support related documents to in-house tenants for applying for visa extensions, residence permits, etc.
- Co-ordinate with all department heads to organize activities for all tenants, children,
- Collect feedback and complaints from customers, inform all departments, and give prompt responses back to customers
- Create unique customer experiences to surprise residents
- Perform any other duties as required by the GS Manager or the Management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College degree or higher.
- Certificates in relevant selections.
- Good English.
- International resort or hotel experience is preferred.
