Mô Tả Công Việc
- Provide information about services, promotions, events, and assist with table or room reservations
- Actively listen to guest feedback, handle complaints or special requests with a service-oriented approach
- Coordinate with other departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering, etc.) to ensure guest expectations are met
- Assist in arranging special services for VIP guests, birthdays, anniversaries, or returning guests
- Follow up with guests during and after their visit to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the customer database for loyalty and follow-up purposes
- Assist with check-in/check-out (if in a hotel environment) or welcome desk operations (for restaurants)
- Support other guest service tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, hotel or restaurant operations preferred
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving ability
- Pleasant appearance, confident and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Familiarity with basic computer skills and customer service systems (e.g., reservation or PMS software).
