- Engage with guests to encourage sign-ups for memberships.
- Assist in maintaining promotional displays and materials.
- Ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance guest satisfaction.

- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and handles their problems or service issues that may arise from time to time.

- Female/Male , aged from 18-28, height >1.60, good appreance
- Fluent communicate in English/ Korean/Japanese/Chinese
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Having experience in e-gaming industry for foreigners or working in five-star hotels environment is in advantage
- Having customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and can-do attitude
