Mô Tả Công Việc
- Assist in handling Inbound/Outbound shipments, including booking, contacting related parties (customers, customs clearance staff,..) preparing documents, solving arising problems and following up delivery of the shipment.
- Cooperate with other staff to handle effectively the shipment.
- Connect and acquire best rates from shipping lines and overseas agents to offer best rates to customers/ sales
- Be independent in solving problems and report to direct manager
- Advise and service customers in customs clearance procedure.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Having diploma in logistics industry, freight forwarding business, import/export and international trade/business is an advantage
- Being familiar with customs procedures, trade term
- Willing to learn new things
- Good written english, speaking English well is an advantage
- Highly responsible and attentive to customers' needs, be responsible for smooth operations and delivery of shipments

- Salary: 10TR-12TR
