Working location: 10th Floor, Vinh Trung Plaza, 255-257 Hung Vuong, Vinh Trung, Thanh Khe, Da Nang.
Working hours: 8:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday and from 8:00-12:00 Saturday (after probationary period, 2 additional Saturdays off per month).

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Responsible for handling import and export procedures and documents.
– Arrange and operate vehicles to transport shipments.
– Monitor train schedules and cargo schedules to notify customers.
– Deliver documents and bills of lading to customers at the office.
– Enter all costs related to shipments into the software.
– Prepare documents related to international freight forwarding: Booking, Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, manifest declaration, etc.
– Responsible for making reports related to the assigned field.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work and reporting.
– Willing to work overtime when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Have at least 3 years of experience in logistics companies, graduated from related majors.
– Good English communication skills to work with customers and agents
– Ability to work independently, quickly, carefully, and withstand work pressure.
– Can be work overtime when necessary.
– Age: 24-32 years old, Female
