o Provide information about games, promotions, and services.
o Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the gaming area.
o Report any maintenance issues or customer complaints to the Floor Supervisor.
o Monitor the gaming floor to ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
o Assist in resolving minor disputes or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
o Handling any customer service issues that may arise including answering questions about game rules, payout, and other topics related to slot machine
o Interact with all patrons and colleagues in a positive manner and deal with difficult patrons in all types of business conditions and provide superior customer service
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good communication in English/ Japanese/ Korean/Chinese
- Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
- Graduating from high school or higher
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Acceptance of shifts (day shift/night shift)
- Willing to learn and can-do attitude
