• Greet guests at the lobby with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
  
• Assist guests with their luggage, including carrying, storing, and retrieving from rooms or vehicles.
  
• Provide guests with general information about the hotel, facilities, events, and key policies.
  

Transportation Service Coordination

• Receive requests, provide advice, arrange, and coordinate transportation services for guests.
  
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  
• Handle issues and resolve any incidents related to transportation services.
  
• Coordinate transportation using both in-house resources and external suppliers when necessary.
  

Guest Information and Guidance

• Provide accurate information about the hotel, in-house services, and nearby facilities.
  
• Recommend restaurants, bars, spa, gym, entertainment activities, and tours.
  
• Assist guests in planning excursions or making bookings for external services.
  

Other Duties

• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and elegant appearance of the hotel lobby.
  
• Ensure constant presence at the Concierge desk, proactively assisting guests at all times.
  
• Support hotel events, conferences, and banquets when required.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
