- Support OTL/ PM in supervising quality of service providers, checking working quantity, positions, quality of service, etc.
- Organize periodic training, supervision, daily guidance for staffs in teams such as security, housekeeping, landscape, spray inspection and other contractors in order to ensure that the behavior, courtesy, attitude and service for residents are in accordance with standards and procedures.
- Support to search and contact service providers that have prestige, professionalism, high quality and reasonable cost.
- Handle complaints; receive comments from customers/ residents on performance on the contractors. Report in time to OTL/ PM to handle the complaints or other issues which are not in the contractor supervisor’s authority.
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly report about work performance and daily activities to the OTL/ PM
- Coordinate with technical departments and other departments to handle issues related to handover procedures, request for repairing, etc.
- Periodically implement asset inventory, building equipment & Management office.
- Propose monthly budget for service activities of the Management Board and control cost effectively.
- Carry out other assigned duties from superiors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Ưu tiên ứng viên dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
- Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Bất động sản, Ngân hàng, hoặc Tài chính, Marketing, Bảo hiểm, Xe hơi
- Tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung là lợi thế
