- Welcome guests at the main entrance and assist with arrivals and departures
- Support driveway operations, including opening/closing vehicle doors
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the entrance and baggage area
- Handle baggage services efficiently, including timely pick-up and delivery
- Provide information and assistance to guests as needed, delivering personalized service
- Maintain accurate records in logbooks and report important matters
- Deliver newspapers and other assigned items to guest rooms
- Monitor and report any suspicious persons or activities to Security or Duty Manager
- Coordinate guest transportation (buggies) and ensure timely service
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of buggies; report any damages to Engineering
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Secondary / High school education
- Good reading and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- No experience is required, training will be provided
