- Supervise a staff and ensure they are working as per there schedule. Identify the requirements for new employee and send it to Operations Manager the report for new requirement.
- Supervise the kitchen operation and ensure all the order are handling timely and properly.
- Manage Equipment and Inventory. Maintain equipment and ensure that it is in good working order, incase if any equipment has to be repaired and has to be change report immediately to Manager. Purchasing item as per the need.
- Manage Quality: Ensure that food is prepared to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Managing Issue: Handle all the issue of employees and organize work flows of the operation. Reporting to operations manager immediately incase if any conflict happens.
