• System administration and Development
- Administer and maintain software application & it’s technical platform
- Work, interact with business to understand its operation process and requirements. Analyze, identify improvement possibilities and propose IT solution.
- May program, develop application in an administrative language or coordinate with external service providers to develop software application.
- Maintain Users account and access permission to ensure that right permissions are maintained, accounts are created/removed timely and properly.
- Maintain master data, extract data & reports as requested and perform system update as needed.
- Ensure smooth system operation, maximum quality, optimize utilization, data integrity.
- Troubleshoot relevant incidents. Escalate and coordinate with external service providers in resolving problems if needed.
- Actively monitoring system heaths to determine, identify, request corrective & preventative action.

• Project Management and Execution
- Being subject matter in relevant disciplines, define technical requirements.
- Perform technical evaluating the solution
- Executing and monitoring technical activity.
- Participant in scope validating & signing off UAT.
