- Sales planning, discounting, and forecasting the debt recovery cycle according to assigned targets.
Implement the sales plan: Introduce the company’s services and products to B2B customers, participate in persuasion, negotiation, and discussions to successfully sign contracts.
- Carry out post-sales care activities and coordinate project implementation upon requests from the business.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve the company's common goals, including but not limited to:
- With the finance and accounting department: Coordinate with monitoring and debt recovery of accounts under one's responsibility.
- With the research and policy department: Update market fluctuations, propose research needs and suggest document construction for consulting clients based on the actual process of sales activities and meetings with partners, customers.
- With the technology and product department: Summarize and update customer feedback, needs during customer contact, and implement sales tasks and suggest product development.
- Develop and implement Business/Operational targets as assigned by the Commercial Director and Board of Directors.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities consistent with the role in the Commercial Department as well as Sales Representative of the company to Partners, Customers, Suppliers, Management Agencies, and other employees.

1. Educational background
- Graduated from relevant majors such as Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related programs.
2. Work Experience:
- B2B sales experience: 3-5 years, with preference for candidates who have experience in software sales.
- Preference for candidates with experience or knowledge in business operations and market development, particularly those who have worked with B2B clients such as large enterprises or government agencies.
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of climate change and its impacts. Strong emphasis on sensitivity and commitment to addressing environmental issues.
3. Specialized skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively interact with customers and partners.
- Negotiation and bargaining skills to successfully close contracts.
- Planning and organizational skills to execute business development activities.
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to perform post-sales customer care activities.
4. Other knowledge and skills:
- Understanding of market analysis and pricing of products/services.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as in teams.
- Creativity and critical thinking skills to propose innovative solutions for business challenges.
