- Building, managing and developing customer relationships
- Find new customers and reach them by emailing or calling them
direct
- Communicating with technical team to generate proposal for new project
- Communicate with customers effectively and efficiently to transfer requests for the technical team
- Source of customers supported by management
- Developing after-sales customer relationships. Provide resources, assist customers in resolving critical situations if necessary.
- Supervisor in charge of the project to solve problems in a timely manner (if any)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Knowledge of IT, economics and/or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in reading and writing English
- 2 years of experience in technology sales
- Clear and thorough communication. Ability to negotiate with customers.
- Technical knowledge is a big plus.
