o Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with business goals.
o Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to identify product opportunities.
o Prepare seasonal merchandising plans, including product selection, pricing, and promotions.
2. Supplier and Vendor Management:
o Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products.
o Build strong relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms and collaborations.
3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
o Analyze merchandising performance using key metrics (e.g., sales, profit margins, sell-through rates).
o Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

• Education:

• Experience:

• Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
o Proficiency in tools (e.g., Excel, word, power point).
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal Attributes:

o Excellent communication and leadership skills.
