● Perform and check the daily attendance and monthly salary and bonus, Insurance and PIT.
● Enhance job satisfaction by assisting in resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits.
● Carry out recruitment process: job posting, coordination of test/interview procedure, candidate sourcing, etc. to effective employment for assigned open positions.
● Ensure the office management activities nurture a positive working environment
● Manage the procurement process, management of equipment, tools instruments, stationery for the company office.
● Holding company events such as year end party, company trips…
● Oversee and manage HR - Admin budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
● Ensure compliance with labor regulations
● Be the point of contact between Taiwan Team, Singapore Team and Vietnam Team.
● Others as assigned by the Line manager and BOD.

- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- English: good
