- Drafting a new contract format in accordance with the provisions of law
- Review existing contracts or new contracts sent by customers/suppliers.
- Update Government Laws/Regulations
- Contact with legal consulting firms and Vietnamese legal authorities on work-related issues.
- Review internal regulations and policies based on Company's requirements
- Translate documents as required by the company/job
- Register/update Company documents with relevant agencies and organizations (IRC, ERC, WP, TRC, Chemical License, Business License, etc.)
- Administrative tasks: Receiving/Answering phones; Personal/send mail, documents, goods; Buy stationery, office supplies; Other arising administrative work

- Good conversation in English
- Graduated from University with a major in Law
- Good communication skills, working independently and willing to learn.
- Agile, enthusiastic, dynamic, honest, responsible for work
- Working time: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- Working Address (at Head office): 11th Floor, No 1 Thang Long Avenue, Viglacera building, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem Dist, Hanoi.
