Công việc chính:

• Đón tiếp và phục vụ khách hàng bằng sự chuyên nghiệp, nhiệt tình và chu đáo.
• Tư vấn và gợi ý các món ăn, rượu vang để khách hàng có trải nghiệm tốt nhất.
• Xử lý mọi tình huống với khách hàng một cách khéo léo.
• Đảm bảo khu vực bàn luôn sạch đẹp và phối hợp nhịp nhàng với bếp.

Guest Service & Experience

• - Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
• - Guide guests through the food and wine menu, offering recommendations and pairings.
• - Assist in presenting specials and wine-pairing menus during events.

Floor Operations

• - Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for service.
• - Serve food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.
• - Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• - Support smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Team Collaboration

• - Work closely with colleagues and management to deliver consistent service.
• - Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding guest needs and timing.
• - Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and professional service environment.
