- Attends off-job and on-job training conducted by immediate supervisor whenever necessary.
- Is punctual for duty at all times.
- Refrains from chit-chatting in groups, smoking, eating, and drinking during working time.
- Careful when serving and avoids accidents.
- Is extremely courteous when dealing with guests, tour leaders, hotel executives, owners, owners’ relatives and friends, VIPs, and VVIPs at all times.
- Walks upright and is very alert and attentive during the course of service.
- Keeps personal appearance neat and tidy at all times.
- Coordinates with superiors and colleagues to achieve the goals set by Hotel Executives.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, F&B Service, or other related fields
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a 4–5 star hotel or restaurant environment
- Flexible with shift work
- Able to communicate in English or Chinese (both is a plus)
- Well-groomed appearance with a professional and friendly attitude
- Customer service mindset and ability to work well in a team
