- Prepare and inspect the guest room prior to stay and ensure all amenities, requests, deliveries and cleanliness are completed to the highest standard.
- Welcome VIP guests and explain butler services and property amenities.
- Responsible for resolution of problems and follow up with the guest within 30 minutes to ensure satisfaction.
- Be available in a well-mannered and discreet nature to guest throughout their stay regarding their preferences.
- Interact with guests throughout their stay, determining their needs and noting their interests and preferences. Utilize this information to tailor their future visits.
- Responsible for handling guest complaints in a professional and hospitable manner.Be able to arrange baby sitter services; arrange presents upon guests' requests.
- Ensure that hospitality program is followed.
- Maintain the repeat guest program and handle all VIPs.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
- Fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.
- Problem Solving Skills, Multi-Tasking, Interpersonal Skills.
- Hardworking, eager to learn and proactive in work.
