Recruitment:
• Develop and implement innovative and efficient recruiting strategies to attract the best talent.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—including job postings, candidate screening
• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
• Ensure the process of preparing job offer letters and onboarding new hires
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for recruitment and onboarding
• Post casual staff as required by departments and assist timekeeping and payment processes
• Assist in organizing staff engagement activities when required
• Maintain employee files related to recruitment.
• Prepare recruitment reports for management.
Editorial work:
• Develop video content and edit existing footage for use across various channels
• Create and edit video content on a variety of platforms, including social media and websites
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team on content development.
• Perform layout design tasks using design software.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality or service industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Proficient with video editing software• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
• Experience with employer branding and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Good project management and time-management skills
