o Update and search for raw material suppliers and develop a supplier system for effective purchasing;更新並尋找原物料供應商，發展供應商體系，以便有效進行採購；o Periodic evaluation of suppliers定期評估供應商o Coordinate with other departments during contract implementation and receiving goods process, coordinate to resolve and report incident situations that arise during the implementation process;在合約執行和收貨過程中，與相關部門協調，配合解決/報告執行過程中所出現的突發情況；o Track goods status after ordering;跟進訂購後貨物狀況；o Work with the forwarding company to carry out import procedures for raw materials;與物流公司合作，辦理原料的進口手續；o Response and handle with suppliers in case of defective goods;在出現貨物問題時，及時與供應商回饋並處理；

o Fluent in Chinese and knowing English is a plus中文流利及懂英文則更優o Bachelor in Import-Export, Business Administration or related majors進出口、或工商管理大學、或相關科系畢業o Have least 1 year of experience in procurement or import-export.
