● Provide outstanding customer service: Greet all guests warmly, answer questions accurately, provide guidance & demonstrations on each of our services, and address any concerns promptly and professionally. This includes effectively communicating with both Vietnamese and English-speaking clientele.
● Schedule appointments: Manage our appointment calendar efficiently, confirming appointments via phone or email and providing clear instructions on arrival.
● Process membership enrollments: Guide new members through the membership sign-up process, ensuring accurate information is collected and explaining membership benefits clearly.
● Retail sales: Promote our wellness services and retail products, offering knowledgeable recommendations and processing sales transactions efficiently.
● Maintain accurate records: Update customer information, membership details, and appointment schedules meticulously.
● Administrative tasks: Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as managing appointment reminders and responding to general inquiries such as social media messages, emails, and phone calls.
● Contribute to a positive team environment: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
● Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the centre: This includes tasks like wiping down common areas, restocking supplies, pool maintenance, and ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests.

● Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
● Ability to use initiative and think ‘outside the box’.
● Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken, is required.
● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
● Passion for health, fitness and wellness is a big plus.
● Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
