Scope of works
1 . In charge of recruiting all teachers - staff of the school (including foreign teachers)
• Proposing recruitment processes, forms and criteria for evaluating candidates
• Planning and executing annual recruitment
• Actively building networks and effectively exploiting recruitment sources
• Implementing administrative procedures and processes in recruitment including receiving-screening resumes, conducting the capacity assessment, pre-interviewing candidates, and arranging interview panels,..
• Making recruitment reports
• Managing, tracking, and storing recruitment records
2. Performing induction for new employees
• Announcing results, sending job offers, preparing recruitment proposal
• Connecting, guiding, and welcoming employees at border gates/airports in case of foreign teachers
• Carrying out relevant administrative procedures for the new staffing
3. Implementing training and development for the school
• Implementing integration training for new employees and training for new teachers-staff at the beginning of the school year, including developing training materials.
• Carrying out training to improve professional skills for teachers and staff every year
4. In charge of legal work related to foreign teachers and supporting and connecting foreign teachers
• Carrying out legal work for the recruitment process and the use of foreign employees including procedures related to entry visa, work permit, temporary residence/visa, and monitoring the duration of work permit-visa
• Supporting and connecting foreign teachers, ensuring information is updated and responded fully and quickly
• Following up on payment of house rental contracts, booking air tickets (if any)
5. Translation and Interpreting
• Coordinating with the Secretariat in some translation and interpretation work for the school
• Directly interpreting for foreign teachers at some events as required
6. Performing other tasks as assigned by the HR Dean
• Perform other HR duties as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Graduated from University or higher, majoring in English, or majoring in Human Resource Management); Have been trained in relevant HR courses
• Other requirements:
- 6 months to under 1 year of experience as a Recruitment and Training Officer
- English: Fluent
- Good office computer skills
- Soft skills:
a. Multi-task management skills
b. Can-do attitude
c. Communication and planning skills
d. Able to work under pressure
