Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu

*Merchandising:

• Prepare quotation to send to customers
• Calculate packaging and delivery costs and other related costs
• Follow up the PO from sampling to shipment
• Work with production team, quality control team to ensure the standard of goods and delivery of time.
• Make booking for shipment with forwarder and check the importing costs
• Coordinate with local warehouse to label and deliver goods as scheduled
• Work with accounting team to check customer’s debt
• Prepare shipping documents (sales contracts, invoice, packing list), coordinate with forwarder and service party to make B/L, CO

*Puchasing:

• Check materials inventory and report to manager to make import plans
• Check and record contracts, shipping documents
• Calculate the costs to import the goods
• Follow up incoming material shipments and assist for damages claim cases with supplier
• Coordinate with accounting team to process payment for suppliers
