• This position would be in-charge of operator & guest service during night time. He must be experience and able to handle different type of guest situation.
• To maintain per shift an accurate record in the logbook of items and incidents which may be of concern to the management and/or which may require further attentions.
• To coordinate the overall retreat activity and will be dynamic in guest relationships.
• To ensure the overall coordination of the Front office operations and to assist all Department.
• Responsible to ensure that all financial and audit procedures are respected.
• Duty Night coordinator will patrol in the whole hotel several time during the night and check every area

- Work from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- Sound knowledge of luxury hotel/resort operation fundamentals and compliance-oriented.
- Strong Work Ethic to direct, coach, and manage the stars of the Sales Department.
