Non-Life Insurance Sales/ Marketing Executive

We have achieved sustainable growth in the Vietnam’s non-life insurance market, especially in the Japanese and Korean business community, and we are proud to provide excellent solutions for the insurance risks of individuals and corporations.We’re looking for a Sales/ Marketing Executive for our team at Ho Chi Minh City to focus and support our potential customers. Your role will be to handle new/ renewal business servicing, premium collection/ outstanding premium management and customer service by contacting and developing relationships with our key customers/ brokers/ agents.***Key responsibility included but unlimited to:• Develop new business by approaching potential clients and existing clients (for new and cross selling business).• Contact the assigned clients for contract renewal (for renewal business).• Refer to Underwriting Department to set up proper terms and conditions for the insurance contracts in compliance to company underwriting guidelines. Prepare quotation and negotiate with clients to win insurance contract.• Cooperate with policy issuing department and accounting department to quickly and correctly issue insurance policy.• Respond to inquiries and requests from clients in a timely matter. Initiate and maintain customer service activities to and improve customer trust and loyalty.• Manage outstanding premium of assigned accounts.• Maintain client database and profile.• Cooperate with relevant department in risk survey, risk management activities and other services for clients.• Others tasks as required.
