NPI Engineer (Printing Technology)

Key Responsibilities• Product development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to develop new printing products or processes. Ensure the design meets customer requirements and aligns with manufacturing capabilities.• Oversee NPI projects, ensuring timely delivery and smooth transition into mass production.• Apply advanced technical expertise in printing technologies, materials, and equipment to enhance product performance and process reliability.• Prototype Creation and Testing: Coordinate the development of prototypes and conduct testing to evaluate performance, quality, and feasibility. Analyze test data and provide recommendations for design improvements or modifications.• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation, including PFMEA, PCP, work instructions, and 8D report.
