- Develop and implement a health care program for employees.
- Conduct regular health check-ups for employees in conjunction with designated hospitals; The results of the medical examination shall be kept for five years from the date of examination in accordance with the document management regulations.
- Recruitment physical examination
- Regular health check-ups: once a year for sales and production workers, and once every two years for management and office workers.
- Comprehensive medical examination: conducted in accordance with company regulations
- In accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, special health checkups and work environment measurements shall be conducted twice a year in connection with relevant institutions.
- Provide counseling services to employees based on personal data on the results of medical examinations.

- Investigate trends in employee outbreaks and corporal accidents to determine what is necessary for their health and safety.
