The main responsibilities of this position are:• All aspects of citrus nursery production from mother blocks to hardened seedlings• Propagation, grafting, and plant health management• Maintain nursery hygiene, irrigation, and fertigation systems, enforce regulation of visitors• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and quality supply of planting material• Ensure compliance with phytosanitary regulations and certification standards• Report directly to the Fruit Production Manager on progress, plant performance, and challenges• Support continuous improvement of nursery protocols and practices

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, or a related field (BSc required)• Minimum of at least 3 years’ practical experience in nursery or propagation management (preferably citrus or tree crops)• Energetic and motivated attitude, with a hunger to learn and grow in the role• Ability to supervise daily operations• Strong understanding of plant propagation, nursery hygiene, pest and disease control• Able to work in English• Willing to relocate and commit to the project long-term
