Develop and customize Odoo Community Edition modules to support complex business processes
Extend and adapt existing Odoo modules based on real operational requirements
Work on integrations between Odoo and external systems (ERP, finance-related services)
Handle accounting and financial workflows such as invoices, payments, and reporting logic
Work with multiple databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency
Implement background or asynchronous processing for system reliability
Collaborate with a cross-country engineering team on daily development and delivery
Occasionally support clients in different time zones when needed

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 3 years of experience working with Odoo (Community Edition required)
Able to communicate in English for work discussions
Strong experience with Python and solid understanding of the Odoo framework
Experience building or customizing Odoo modules (models, views, access rules)
Experience integrating Odoo with external systems via APIs
Familiarity with Odoo Accounting / Finance modules and financial workflows
Comfortable working in a global, distributed team environment
Nice to have:
Experience with Odoo Enterprise or multi-company setups
Experience working with ERP systems beyond Odoo
Experience handling large-scale or data-intensive systems
