Job description:
• Calendar management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
• Data entry and taking minutes
• Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
• Arranging and coordinating both internal and external events
• Providing operational and administrative supporting to Corporate team.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients on behalf of Senior Management
• Providing administration support to Senior Management
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries for Senior Management
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Senior Management
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Manage phone calls, and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Fluent in English
• Qualification: Graduate from a university
• Experience: Over 3 years of experience.
Skills required:
• Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be the party of confidential information
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Good oral and written communication skills (excellent command of English and Vietnamese)
• Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Tact and diplomatic
