• A solid understanding of international freight forwarding and Vietnam local logistics procedures• A general understanding of business finance and experience with office management work including function of HR, admin, sales and customer service with operations• The ability to execute projects efficiently, manage resources effectively, and achieve company business objectives on time and within budget• The ability to motivate and inspire a team, relay information to different teams• The ability to work with stakeholders like vendors, clients, and team members• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously• Must have more than 5 years of office manager role experience• Other ad hoc duties/tasks assigned by management
