Duties may include but not limited to:
Use the CCTV and associated equipment to monitor activities in the casino and other areas
Detect inaccuracies and suspicious and illegal activities
Use the in house software applications
Report writing and completing documentation
Follow instructions as to duties to be undertaken
Interact with internal customers via the telephone
Maintain a strong understanding of procedures of both the surveillance and other departments
Follow department SOPs
Perform other associated duties as assigned
Ensure that all tasks, assignments, projects either generated by a supervisor or self-generated are completed to department standards
Be a reliable and dependable team member
Meet all expectations of the position.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Previous rotating shift work experience preferred
High School preferred
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Fully conversant with Microsoft applications
Customer service and delivery focused
Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Extensive knowledge of cheating and game protection issues
Good Knowledge and experience of CCTV systems usage.
