AIRLINE/HOTEL BOOKINGS

• Manage the travel plans for all employees, experts, and executives, including but not limited to arranging airline tickets, transportation, and hotel bookings.
• Timely update any changes from the airline or urgent change requests from employees, and plan for the next flight schedule.
• Coordinate and email travel plans and trip details to relevant parties.
• Collaborate with administrative staff/department assistants to consolidate approved business travel requests and flight tickets for the payment process.
• Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.
• Maintain and promptly address feedback from relevant parties when necessary.
• Monitor and compile travel expense reports, necessary documents, and submit them to the Finance–Accounting department.
• Keep track of cooperative agreements with hotels, travel agencies, and transportation providers (if any).
• Update the monthly travel expense report.
• Communicate with agents about airport reception service.

ENTRY/EXIT VISA

• Handle visa-related requests accurately, promptly, and in accordance with internal procedures.
• Take responsibility for processing associated fees.
• Perform other assigned tasks related to this area.
